My vehicle was repossessed; how do I receive my personal belongings that were inside?
A:
We pride ourselves on having honest and professional employees ensuring that you receive all personal property that was inside the vehicle at the time of repossession.
We store personal property for 60 days before it is disposed of. To retrieve your belongings, please use the orange scheduling link to request an appointment. We do not store liquids or perishables; those items will be disposed of.
Q:
Am I allowed to have a friend or family member pick up my vehicle on my behalf?
A:
Legally, we are only allowed to release a vehicle or personal property to the registered owner. If you wish to have a third-party pick up your personal property or your vehicle, please contact your lender and request that they send a
third-party release to us listing that part's name.
Q:
My vehicle was repossessed; how do I retrieve my vehicle from your facility?
A:
To retrieve your vehicle, you will need to settle with your lienholder or financial institution. Once they have received everything they need from you, they will send us a redemption release authorizing release. We do not accept back payments on behalf of any lienholder. Once you have satisfied your lender, it usually takes 24 hours for the process to be complete in which we would receive a release.

Please note that if you schedule a vehicle redemption appointment and we do not have a release on file, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will have to reschedule.

I requested an appointment, how long does it take to receive a confirmation?
A:
We approve appointments as they are requested. If you have requested a vehicle redemption appointment prematurely
(before satisfying your lender OR we have received your release), your request will be denied. If you are requesting an appointment for personal property that has been expired (60 days or more) your appointment will not be approved as your property may have already been disposed of. We are not open for business on weekends. If you request an appointment after hours on a weekend, you will not receive a response until the following business day.
Q:
My vehicle was repossessed, who do I contact to redeem my vehicle?
A:
We are a third-party agency hired by lenders to recovery delinquent collateral. If you are unsure of who your lender is, please look at the contract in which you signed at the time of purchase. You can also contact your selling dealer and they may be able to assist you.
Q:
I work for a transportation company looking to transport a vehicle that's on your lot. Do I need to make an appointment?
A:
We operate on an appointment basis. Please use the scheduling link below to request an appointment. Please be sure to have your paperwork handy as you will need to upload the paperwork to our website prior to picking up the vehicle. You must have insurance and workers compensation to transport vehicles from our facilities. Any no-show appointments for transport may be subjected to a $50 restocking fee.
Driver's showing up to our facilities unannounced will not be serviced and asked to visit our website and come back another day.

What do I need to pick up my vehicle or personal property?
A:
We will only release personal property or vehicles to customers that have a valid state issued ID. If your ID is in the vehicle, one of our agents will retrieve it for you. Once a vehicle is repossessed and, in our possession, we do not allow access until it is released.
